Service Policy

Creer has the right to deny any services. Creer will initiate scheduling for any services purchased on Creer will wait 15 minutes, on the phone or in-person, for the first scheduled meeting. If the client does not arrive within those 15 minutes, it is the clients' responsibility to reschedule. Creer will wait 10 minutes for the second scheduled meeting.

After, 2 no-shows for scheduled meetings, Creer has the right to deny the client additional services.
