Exchanges and Returns

EXCHANGES

  • At the moment, our exchanges are not automated. Exchanges are only accepted for the same product, different size or color.
  • To orchestrate an exchange please email info@shopcreer.com.

RETURNS

  • We accept returns on item(s) in new condition within 7 days of receipt.
  • You have 7 days to send your item back. After the 7 days, sales are final, unless damaged on our behalf.
  • Item(s) used, washed, damaged or return after their designated return window will be sent back to the address listed on your order.
  • Items purchased from our SALE or with a promotional code are FINAL SALE and non-returnable/non eligible for exchange.
  • Vintage items are also FINAL SALE. No Exceptions.
  • Once return has been reviewed, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment. 
  • Mailing your order back with tracking/confirmation is the safest option as Creer cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged while in transit. Please securely package up your items (along with all original tags, packaging, etc) and mail to:

  • Once we receive your return, a member from our team will review your order and upon approval issue your refund in the form of store credit.
  • A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your refund has been processed.
