- At the moment, our exchanges aren't automatic. Order exchanges for the same product, different sizes, or colors are accepted.

- We accept returns on item(s) in new condition within seven (7) days of receipt.
- You have seven (7) days to send your item(s) back. After the seventh (7th) day, sales are final, unless damaged on our behalf.
- Item(s) used, washed, damaged, or returned after their designated return window will return to the address listed on your order.
- Items purchased from our SALE or VINTAGE are non-returnable/non-eligible for exchange unless damaged on our behalf.
- Vintage items are also FINAL SALE. No Exceptions.
- Once we review the return, we will issue a refund in the original form of payment.
- Mailing your order back with tracking/confirmation is the safest option as Creer cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged while in transit. Please steam your item(s) and securely package up your item(s) along with all original tags, packaging, etc. and mail to:

- Once we receive your return, a member of our team will review your order and approval issue your refund in the form of store credit.
